The Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime has cut several scenes considered ‘too lewd,’ including a comedic scene surrounding Orihime’s new outfit that shows ‘too much oppai,’ so one of the animators shared a drawing of it to make up for it not being in the anime.
Here’s the scene from the manga that was eventually cut from the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime:
The suggestive sequence shows a reunion between Ichigo and Orihime after training. The dumbstruck Ichigo says, “I think you might be showing too much” about Orihime’s new outfit, which leads to her freaking out over the thought of Ichigo thinking of her as a pervert. The exchange leads to someone’s hand appearing between her oppai, saying, “All right, don’t cry, don’t cry!”
Here’s a message and drawing by a Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War animator who was looking forward to the Orihime oppai scene in the anime:
Thank you for watching Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War episode 22! I saw it live with my wife, but it was fun lol. I really loved this scene when I saw it in the manga, but when I read the storyboard, it wasn’t there… I wanted to see that Orihime with a chibi face, so for now, I’ll be satisfied by drawing it.
