Nobody knows why, but a group of 20 men have been running around naked in Fukuoka, and the police issued a warning telling people to “remain vigilant” as the perverts are still on the run.
The first report about the naked men came from a man in Koga, Fukuoka Prefecture, on September 23rd. He reported seeing 20 men streaking in broad daylight. About ten of the men were completely naked, and the other ten wore nothing but garter belts.
On September 24th, the Fukuoka Prefectural Police Kasuya Station sent out a message to the public warning people to be on guard in case they encounter any naked men reportedly still on the run.
